The DeMarini Aces are a girls fastpitch organization based upon establishing principles of player development both on and off the field. Head Coach Ryan Taylor works with college coaches analyzing talent, which in turn places student-athletes in ideal academic and athletic environments. We have generated over $3,675,000 in athletic scholarships. The Aces compete on a national level, not regional teams. We play at the highest level and against the best competition across the country. College coaches expect after a player is committed to continue development and challenge themselves at the highest level.
The ACES are the only team in the 6 state area to be offered a spot to play in the SO CAL A’s invite, including the best 12 teams in the country. Our teams participates at elite tournaments and are offered premier fields. Many teams will state they play at events but aren’t at the proper tournaments or are on fields 30-60minutes from the main complex. Our players garner national notoriety. We recently had the number 6 overall pick in the NPF draft, All-American, and WCWS participant Kiki Stokes. All of our 2017 graduating class is ranked in the Flosoftball top 100 players, with #14 Kendyll Bailey ranking the highest. Our players are not only held to a high standard on the field, but off. Our players carry over a 3.0 GPA with several 29-30ACT scores. Players are willing to drive 2-5 hours for practice, very special young ladies who are driven to be the best.
Players and parents need to do their research on true development and exposure teams. Please make sure you get your daughters in the right positions if that’s their goal. There is a level for everyone to play, it’s deciding what level is right for you. Our college placement and scholarship dollars are unmatched, and we look forward to building on that success. We’ve placed players at the JC, SEC, MVC, BIG10, BIG12, BIG SKY, ACC, PAC12, OVC, and many others. Our practices are always open for players to come tryout or practice to see how we do things. I’m more than willing to give phone numbers of former/current players and families. Be sure to check things out for yourself, don’t get mislead. There is a lot of information out there on what your daughter can do for the next level, we’ve established a process that is proven.
Our team is a huge family environment. We practice together at all levels, the younger teams are given the opportunity to play at a fast pace and learn from girls committed to play college at a very high level. The organization has been blessed with excellent players and families, it’s not one person that make it work. Everyone buys in and works for a bigger goal. We want to help families reach their goals!
You will never see a last name attached to one of our teams. It’s not about a person, it’s about the name on the front “ACES” and a group working towards one goal. The rest takes care of itself.
Please don’t think you aren’t good enough to tryout or practice with our teams. Come get in the mix, I will give you an evaluation. Hopefully your daughter can learn something to better her softball IQ. We didn’t invent this game, we’re always learning just like you.
